Mozell Sponsler: It does not matter if you lose the receipt, if you pre-ordered a game they put your info ( Like your phone # or I.D ) into the computer, So when you go to pick it up just provide this info ( they usually tell you to provide this info instead of a receipt anyways ) & they will give you your copy of Gears Of War 3.Hoped I Helped!...Show more
Alphonso Brake: you should be able to just tell them that you lost the receipt and show them some ID and they will print out a new receipt for you.
