Sprite animations adobe premeire elements 11?

Technically, you could draw individual frames in an image editor, like Photoshop and import the sequence into Premiere (provided its older brother, Premiere Pro, shares that feature with 'Elements'). but to what end? I'd do that either in Flash, Photoshop, or a specialized 2D animation program program.Premiere is not suited for that sort of thing.If it's the latter, I suppose if Elements supports key frame animation for such basic transform parameters as position and scale, you could do it.
