Willie Tun: you need to consider acoustics, sound proofing the ceiling to keep the noise out of the main house, what about the wiring for electronics, speakers, internet, cable. what about plumbing, is there a working bathroom down there, how about a sink, microwave or mini kitchen for snacks without having to go upstairs. the space should be self contained for research go to HDTV or DYI network and look at projects other people have done and see what things they did....Show more
