Dorinda Metzer: Well bodybuilding has to deal with strict diet usually. For instance if u were to bodybuild you would need to eat anything with alot of protein to bulk up and lift heavy weights for little reps. Then when ur done bulking you would now cut all ur fat with cardio and a very strict lean diet. During the cut phase you will want to do less weight with alot of reps mixed with some heavy lifting to keep musclemass.I honestly don't think that's healthy but it can be if you do it right. If u just wanna be fit basically have a cleaner diet then you do now do cardio and lift weights to your ability pretty much 5 sets of ten. Oh and take ur vitamins and never eat less then 1200 calories a day that'll get you fit...Show more

Magda Vandergriend: Increase the intensity by holding 5/10 pound weights while doing them, you'll get a better burn and have better results.
Cliff Tyre: It is easier for an anorexic person to gain weight because ! the lack of calories causes the body to go into survival mode: the metabolism crashes and the body uses all calories for fat instead of energy in a desperate attempt to gain weight. As soon as they start eating again, they will literally blow up like a balloon.
Idell Dufort: You donât have any excuse any longer for consuming very good, healthful and all this while you are dropping weight and tonific your body.
Warren Kotter: I remember my first week in Army Basic Training...I worked my abs to legitimate muscle failure, but my abs regenerated pretty quickly. So I'm gonna say that you'll reach muscle failure before you do any serious damage to yourself...worst-case scenario would be a hernia (esp. if using weights), but as long as you keep yourself healthy, you wouldn't have much to worry about.
Alberto Kozub: After allowing time to heal from a workout, is it bad to go further and beyond the normal range of sit ups? And by range I mean, 100-400. I current! ly do 200 reps, but with variety of an exercise; not just crun! ches, but also leg raises, reverse crunches, bicycle crunches: ect. 10 exercises with 20 reps in all, sometimes i do it twice: the routine. But, what would happen if I push my limits to do more than the usual?
Porfirio Cahall: Physical fitness expert Justin Jrnel says it has to be the erection of the views of experts and specialists in training, fitness and pay attention to what they say and executed well.
Alexis Reyer: Its way harder for a person to gain weight if they have Anorexia, than it is to lose weight being obese, but it doesn't mean being obese is any easier.Anorexia (Nervosa) being an eating disorder indicates great fear of gaining weight or becoming obese, it leads to misleading and distorted body image leading to excessive weight loss, it is harder to gain weight because Anorexia can affect the mind making the individual look at himherself as obese or overweight even if the person is athletic their body image is affected. In many cases Anorexia is ca! used by peer pressure, the media, and everything around you, which places a large emphasize on being healthy, and believe me people with Anorexia take extremes to the extent it is deadly thinking that it is an acceptable body image.Obesity is just stuffing yourself fat recklessly or gained biologically from your parents....Show more
Romeo Tinnea: Depends on how long the anorexic person has been like that, if over a few years, than I would assume probably harder to gain weight
Felicitas Phildor: anorexic
Elli Esaw: I'm an obese anorexic, it wasn't so complicated
Ronnie Sardi: Did you ever tested Muscle Gaining Secrets technique. Look at this site : http://Ebook.MuscleGainWay.com . It may truly explain each and every one!
Carolin Southers: Fitness means the condition of being physically fit and healthy. While bodybuilding means progressive resistance exercise to control and develop one's musculature.
Heidy Fujikake: they get that way becaus! e of cocain and puting finger down throat please exercise
Rivka K! illmer: Bodybuilding tends to be the emphasis on increasing muscularity and aesthetics (which happens to be, by loosing body fat) at any cost, regardless of fitness or strength. Zyzz was a bodybuilding, incredibly aesthetic, 22 year old 5ft 10 200lbs, started at 16 130lbs skinny weakling. He was a chain smoker and avid drug user, he died of a heart attack age 22 after taking just about everything, including fat burners whilst in a sauna. He wasn't healthy at all, but insanely asthetic.Powerlifting is focusing on increasing strength at any cost, regardless of aesthetics. They're usually strongmen, big guys, that look fat, almost like a classic builder workman look. Both as associated with heavy anabolic steriod use, and more recently petites and other growth hormones such as human growth hormone or testosterone. Health and fitness, the goals are usually to improve fitness with an emphasis on eating "freshclean" foods with the goal of increasing health, reducing body fat, impr! ove...Show more
Launa Weingarten: It would work out to about the same. However, it is more common to see an anorexic gain weight faster, because there body was in starvation mode.
Adam Momaya: or is it about the same
Rocio Karvis: An obese person loosing weight. I have been anorexic and once you start eating like a normal person again it isn't hard to gain the weight back. But an overweight person has it harder because they need to change more about their lifestyle than just eating like a normal person.
Rubye Bonnin: Tone means to lower your bodyfat percentage so as to make your muscles more visible.A bodybuilder increases the size and symmetry of their muscles and then lowers (tones) their bodyfat percentage up to a competition in order to show off their muscles. Fitness can mean to be in a general or all around good shape or it could refer to fitness competitions where competitors show off their fitness through dancing, gymnastics and demonstration! of flexibility. The two are not mutually exclusive. In this case the na! me doesn't matter, if all you want to do is make your muscles more visible then exercise and eat accordingly. If you want to build muscle and keep low fat percentage then exercise and eat accordingly....Show more
Nikki Sypult: 2nd is def harder, its basically impossible
Elsie Resner: Body-building goes beyond fitness. Muscle development as a competitive sport. It can actually be contrary to fitness as some practices bodybuilders engage in are actually unhealthy.- .--
Randolph Lozoya: Fitness, I think is always the initial start. It was hard when I first started. My first goal was to analyze proper techniques and posture. Start out with you own bodyweight. Simple push-up, abe crunches; do something you know yo can do. The objective is to build endurance. This is the bases of becoming fit. When one starts to us weights and push yourself beyond the norm; you are now entering the bodybuilding arena. Solomon Belback: Honey, they get that way by starving themselves and vomiting after they eat. You can work harder and don't cheat on your diet and exercise routine. Some people are meant to be thicker (not fatter) than others (this is especially because of your bone size). Remember don't give up and work hard! I have faith!Hope this helps, Good Luck!...Show more
Malissa Porth: well many things1. fast matabolism2. they might switch up their diet, meaning that if you keep eating and exercising the same way every single day, your body will become acquainted with that exercise program and you will not be able to benefit from it.3. some starve themselves, yes not most of them like to admit it but not eating will have you lose weight to start with but after starving yourself for too long, your body will hold onto fat stored in the body already, making it harder to lose the weight4. It depends how tall the person is. Paris Hilton is 6 f! eet i am guessing, and usually a good weight for that range is 160 poun! ds, so she is stick thin.being skinny isn't always a good thing. Many people can become ill from being skinny, which can also lead to eating disorders, something many peopl in america suffer from. be careful!...Show more
Ervin Overbee: its harder for an anorexic person to gain weight...
Octavio Roylance: Depends on the way your body is built. It is not impossible for an anorexic to gain weight. I recovered from severe anorexia nine years ago, and I am currently plus sized and proud.
Cassidy Pangrazio: Yea ok. I'm skinny so I must be a junkie or a mental case?! Did you ever think that some of us skinny people wish we weren't? I guess I should smoke pot or eat butter to look like those who answered earlier. Dumb***es.Some people are built thicker than others. As long as you're doing everything right and you don't have a underactive thyroid, deal. I'm willing to bet you can find clothes that fit, unlike me....Show more
Marcia Cheathan: Eat nothin! g and the when all else fails, they pay big bucks to have it sucked out, nipped and tucked! Don't feel bad I am jealous tooo!
Michal Semple: normal skinny people that do not have eating problems cough cough paris hilton. but anyway people that dont have eating problems using have a high metabolism
Ignacio Imbier: well i'm really skinny and i have at least once sports practice every day after school. i also stay away from candy and soda, and eat healthier foods.paris hilton's creepy, you shouldn't try to be like her.also it just might be your body type, and you might not have the frame to be "soooo skinny". but thats not a bad thing....Show more
Lou Ravelo: I work out, eat right, and do all the things you 'should' do and I still can't get that small. I admit it, I'm jealous of all those girls who are as skinny as Paris Hilton. How do they get that way????
Raymundo Kyser: Many of them do the opposite of what you do. They don't eat right, many of them ! eat very few calories each and every day of the week, exercise in extre! mes, some choose to take laxatives or purge. Now this isn't to say that they ALL do at least one of the things I have mentioned for long periods of times. Many people just have a high metabolism, unfortunately we aren't all that lucky. If you are already eating right and exercising, try adding a workout that you haven't tried before. Something fun, something that will work muscles that you don't normally concentrate on as much. You may also want to look at the natural sugar in fruits that you may be eating. Do you ever use butter or vegetable oil? If you do, then try cutting out butter and instead go with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray. Instead of vegetable oil, cook with extra virgin olive oil or even better use Pam cooking spray. Another way to cut down on fat is to grill your food outside or indoors on something like the George Forman grill. The main thing to do is, if what you are doing now is not working for you, then try making a few changes for a mon! th and see how that works out for you. You may see that these little changes in the way you eat, exercise and/or cook your food, may lead you to losing the weight that right now just doesn't seem to want to come off. Good luck. :)...Show more
Ulysses Failey: Fitness involves 3 factors:strengthstaminaandflexibilityPut simply, fitness being in a condition which enables you to live in the environment you inhabit and function normally. In everyday terms it would involve being able to use the stairs, walk significant distances, carry the kind of weights you need to carry and being flexible enough not to need help or support in carrying out the activities of daily living. It is usually taken for granted that fitness involves being a healthy body weight too, as obesity (a BMI of 30+) usually limits stamina and flexibility.Body building, on the other hand, involves building muscle mass and strength. Many body builders have a BMI in excess of 30, which makes them technic! ally obese. At the extreme, their huge muscle bulk impairs their flexi! bility. I know one guy whose pecs and biceps are so huge that he cannot reach his mouth (to eat, drink or clean his teeth and that sort of thing) once his muscles are pumped up after a workout. Their heavy body weight, albeit predominantly muscle and hardly any fat, puts an extreme strain on the heart and circulatory system and the low fibre, low carb, high protein diet they favour often leads to bowel cancer and cardiovascular disease.Put simply body-building is for others to look at. Fitness is for you to live with. Take your choice. Good luck. x...Show more
Benita Nancy: I think they are both about muscles as they relate to health. Bodybuilding is about performing on stage. Fitness is a term that relates to health and can be used more broadly.
Donny Bankson: Why would you be jealous? As I guy, I find girls as skinny as Paris Hilton very unattractive.
