Marjory Stromme: try the jerk and lift on a variety of heavy objects. Dont warm up first though, as that will ruin the benefits. Bend with your back and quickly lift. This warms up the joints while strenghtening them in the back, and will ease you into this fitness test. Start on about 30lbs, and build to 80-90lbs. If you feel a quick, sharp pain, you are succeeding, and you must push through the pain quickly to reach your goal. Then you should win.
Vernon Martorana: Eat a good dinner and go to bed early. Do some callisthenics in the morning and eat protein for breakfast, don't have sugar in the morning. Drink water, no beer.
Dexter Dingus: flexibility doesnt have to do anything with that,and it was easy got to the max on both, dontworry
Alisa Kaleiwahea: Take everything slowly and relax. It would help if you stretched at night and in the morning. Do not eat right before you do the sit and reach. you will get EXTREMELY uncomfortable.
